DATES FOR THE DIARY

Annual Parochial Church Meeting, Sunday 3rd May after the 9:30 service.

This is an important meeting for us all to comment on our church life as well as to elect churchwardens, PCC members and hear the formal reports on the church’s activities for the previous year. Please make this a priority to attend and contribute your views on church life and governance.

Sue Oldrey is standing down as churchwarden after six years of loyal service, so we need to elect a new churchwarden - please consider prayerfully whether this is something that you might be called to and speak to William, Sue or Catherine for further details. Richard Gates would also like to retire after many years of dedicated service as our Treasurer, and we are looking for a suitable successor. He/she does not necessarily need to be a regular member of our congregation and, although some financial knowledge would be desirable, no formal accountancy qualification is needed. Do you know someone with the right skills?

As required by law, the Examined and PCC approved and signed 2025 Record & Accounts have been placed in the church porch for perusal before the APCM. If you would like to see a digital copy, please email office@holytrinitybramley.org.uk.

Summerpool House Open Garden, plant and cake sale, Saturday 9th May, 10am – 12 noon.

All potted and labelled plants, and homemade cakes would be gratefully received to sell in aid of Holy Trinity and St. Andrews, either bring on day or deliver during the week before.  Come and enjoy tea/coffee in the beautiful garden and buy some plants.

Bramley Music Concert, Sunday 10th May at 7pm

Join us for a ‘Moonlight Serenade’ piano recital by Ashley Fripp in aid of the Halow Project, a Guildford based charity which equips adults with learning difficulties and autism to live a life of purpose. Tickets (£15, students & under 18s £5) are available from Roberstons (cash only) or online from bramleymusic2012@gmail.com.

Bramley Village Fete, Saturday 16th May

Our church hosts the tea pavilion every year – an important way in which we can contribute to the event and support the wider community. We will need LOTS of cake and a strong team of helpers, so please put the date in your diary, consider whether you can help with baking or with serving teas on the day , and sign up at the back of church or email office@holytrinitybramley.org.uk. Thank you!

TRINITY TODDLERS

Trinity Toddlers meets every Wednesday during termtime at 10.00-11.30am in the parish room next to the church. All mums and carers are welcome with their little ones for play, socialising, chat, refreshments and even a sing-along!
